The Story To celebrate its 35th anniversary, Village Theatre (Waterdown) has created a production based on immigrant stories. We have collected over 40 stories from local immigrants, exploring the journey between leaving home and coming home through drama, music, dance, rhythm, poetry, light and sound. Scenes and monologues, choral sections and parts for solo voices - all explore the ideas and images that surfaced when immigrants told their tales. The production focuses on the immigrants who have built or are building a new life for themselves in this area, building our communities as they do. The
